Terms of Service

4.1 Competitions

ProveIt hosts and facilitates competitive gaming events including leagues, tournaments, and challenge matches (collectively, “Competitions”). During the current testing phase, all Competitions are free to enter. Details of each Competition, including format, rules, and scheduling, will be published on the Platform prior to registration opening.

By entering a Competition, you agree to:

• Abide by the specific rules and format of that Competition
• Abide by the ProveIt Competition Rules (published separately and incorporated herein by reference)
• Accept the results as determined by the Platform and its administrators
• Participate in good faith and complete scheduled matches

4.2 Teams

Users may create or join teams on the Platform. Team captains are responsible for managing their roster and ensuring all team members comply with these Terms and applicable Competition rules. ProveIt is not responsible for internal team disputes regarding leadership or roster changes unless those disputes directly affect Competition integrity.

4.3 Pre-Release Testing

The Platform is currently in a pre-release testing phase. You acknowledge that:

• Features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice
• Competitions may be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified at short notice for testing purposes
• Data collected during testing (including competitive statistics and match results) may be reset or modified
• We may collect feedback through surveys, in-platform prompts, or direct communication, and we may use this feedback to improve the Platform without compensation to you
• Availability of the Platform is not guaranteed during the testing phase

5.1 Fair Play

All Users participating in Competitions must:

• Play fairly and to the best of their ability
• Not use any cheats, exploits, hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, or any other unauthorised software or hardware that provides an unfair advantage
• Not intentionally lose matches, manipulate results, or engage in match-fixing
• Not collude with opponents to predetermine match outcomes
• Not deliberately disconnect, stall, or otherwise disrupt matches
• Not impersonate another player or misrepresent their identity or skill level

5.2 Communication Standards

All communication on the Platform, including chat, profiles, team names, and dispute submissions, must comply with the following:

• No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• No threats of violence, doxxing, or intimidation
• No sexually explicit or pornographic content
• No spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
• No promotion of illegal activities

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content that violates these standards.

5.3 Disputes and Results

ProveIt provides a dispute resolution system for contested match results. The process is as follows:

• Either team may raise a dispute within 30 minutes of a match result being submitted
• Disputes must include supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots, video recordings)
• A ProveIt administrator will review the dispute and render a decision
• Administrator decisions are final and binding, except in cases of clear factual error

Repeated frivolous disputes may result in sanctions, including loss of dispute privileges and account suspension.

6.1 ProveIt Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Noire Esport Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

6.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (including profile information, team descriptions, chat messages, dispute evidence, and any other materials), you grant ProveIt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content, but you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

6.3 Match Content and Streaming

ProveIt may record, broadcast, or facilitate the streaming of Competitions hosted on the Platform. By participating in a Competition, you consent to the recording and broadcast of your gameplay, voice communications during matches, and associated player information (gamertag, team name, statistics) for promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes.

9.1 By ProveIt

We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to certain Platform features, at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms or any Competition rules
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Your account is involved in cheating, match-fixing, or result manipulation
• You fail to provide requested identity verification
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Where possible, we will provide notice of suspension or termination and an opportunity to appeal. However, we reserve the right to act immediately and without prior notice where we believe there is an imminent risk to Platform integrity or user safety.

9.2 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@proveit.gg. Upon account closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
